Integrative Bodywork Massage

Unlike the Advanced Structural Integration 10-session series, these sessions can be done as needed, and each session stands alone.  Similar to the structural work, Integrative Bodywork Massage encourages client participation. Whether through subtle movements to support the body’s realignment, listening to bilateral sounds, or making lateral eye movements to integrate changes, the intention is freedom, and we use a variety of tools to help you get there.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes long; the client is covered by a sheet at all times, and we apply light massage lotion.
